User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") establishes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Volunteer", or "Organizer") and VolunTrack ("Platform"). Accessing, browsing, or utilizing any feature of VolunTrack constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to all provisions contained in this Agreement, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Volunteer Conduct and Code of Ethics

Volunteers accessing opportunities through VolunTrack agree to adhere to professional standards during community service activities, including but not limited to:

• Punctual attendance and fulfilling accepted shift commitments in good faith.
• Treating event organizers, fellow volunteers, and community members with dignity and respect.
• Adhering strictly to venue-specific health, safety, and operational regulations provided by project supervisors.
• Refraining from misrepresenting attendance records or falsifying hours logged.

3. Organizer and Partner Obligations

Organizations authorized to submit listings via the Staff Portal warrant that all event details, shift requirements, and site safety conditions are accurately represented. Organizers agree to provide equal opportunity environments free from discrimination, maintain fair supervision, and accurately verify attendance records submitted by volunteers.

4. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

VolunTrack functions as an intermediary service facilitator and directory platform. While reasonable efforts are made to verify event listings, VolunTrack does not directly employ volunteers nor oversee off-site event execution. VolunTrack shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, event cancellations, or disputes arising between volunteers and third-party organizing entities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary branding, source code, visual components, layout designs, and software frameworks comprising VolunTrack are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of platform assets is strictly prohibited.
