1. Information We Collect

VolunTrack collects the minimum amount of data required to ensure system reliability and security:

• Account Information: Your username and email address provided during registration. Passwords are never stored in plain text and are securely hashed.
• Security & Technical Data: Network IP addresses are logged during registration solely for anti-fraud and anti-spam verification.
• Application History: Opportunities you apply for to enable tracking inside your personal profile dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively for authentication, opportunity moderation, security enforcement, and fraud prevention. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Storage & Infrastructure

VolunTrack databases are hosted securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure, and the web application is served via Render. All network transmissions are strictly encrypted using modern SSL/TLS protocols.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We only use essential HTTP session cookies to keep you logged in across pages and to remember your selected interface language (AZ / EN).

5. User Rights & Contact
